रोजगार सहायक को मनरेगा योजना
म. प्र. राज्य रोजगार गांरटी परिषद, भोपाल द्वारा प्राप्त निर्देशों के
तहत जिले की प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत में एक ग्राम रोजगार सहायक नियुक्त
करने की कार्यवाही 10 अगस्त 2012 तक पूर्ण की जावेगी। कलेक्टर श्री
महेन्द्र ज्ञानी ने उक्त जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि वर्ष 2011-2012 में
ऐसी ग्राम पंचायत जिनके द्वारा मनरेगा योजना में राशि व्यय नही की गई, उन
ग्राम पंचायत को छोडकर शेष समस्त ग्राम पंचायत में ग्राम रोजगार सहायक की
भर्ती की जावेगी। मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जिला पंचायत श्री मालसिंह ने
बताया कि प्रत्येंक ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा 18 जून 2012 तक निर्धारित
प्रारूप में विज्ञप्ति जारी की जावेगी, इसी के साथ ग्राम रोजगार सहायक के
आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त करने की कार्यवाही प्रारंभ हो जावेगी। आवेदन संबंधित
जनपद पंचायत स्तर पर प्राप्त करने की व्यवस्था की गई है। आवेदन की अंतिम
तिथी 10 जुलाई 2012 तक प्राप्त किये जायेगे। मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी
जिला पंचायत श्री मालसिंह ने बताया कि आवेदक को निर्धारित प्रारूप में
आवश्यक अभिलेखों की स्व प्रमाणित प्रतिलिपी के साथ आवेदन देना होगा।
आवेदक संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत क्षैत्र का निवासी होगा। आवेदन पत्र का
प्रारूप, संलग्न किये जाने वाले अभिलेखों का विवरण, आवश्यक अहर्ता संबंधी
जानकारी का विस्तृत विवरण जिला पंचायत, जनपद पंचायत व ग्राम पंचायत के
सूचना पटल पर देखा जा सकेगा। चयन के मापदण्ड भी निर्धारित किये गये हैं
तद्नुसार प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी को निर्धारित पूर्णांक के विरूद्ध अंक प्रदान
किये जाकर प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत के लिए मेरिट सूची दिनांक 10 जुलाई तक
तैयार कर संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत को अंतिम सूची उपलब्ध करा दी जावेगी।
संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत अंतिम सूची के अनुमोदन की कार्यवाही करते हुए
दावे/आपत्ति प्राप्त करेगी। यह कार्यवाही 25 जुलाई 2012 तक ग्राम पंचायत
द्वारा पूर्ण कर ली जावेगी तथा 25 जुलाई तक विवरण जनपद पंचायत में
प्रस्तुत कर दी जावेगी। जनपद पंचायत द्वारा दावे/आपत्ति के निराकरण का
विवरण तैयार कर दिनांक 25 जुलाई तक जिला पंचायत में प्रस्तुत किया
जावेगा। जिला पंचायत द्वारा जिला स्तरीय गठित समिति के समक्ष समस्त
आवेदन, दावे आपत्ति प्रस्तुत कर दिनांक 27 जुलाई तक निराकरण कराया जावेगा
तथा समिति द्वारा पारित निर्णय अनुसार चयनित अभ्यर्थी की सूची संबंधित
ग्राम पंचायत को उपलब्ध करा दी जावेगी। संबंधित चयनित अभ्यर्थी से ग्राम
पंचायत द्वारा 10 अगस्त 2012 तक संविदा अनुबन्ध निष्पादन कराया जाने की
कार्यवाही पूर्ण की जावेगी।
प्रत्येक नियुक्त ग्राम रोजगार सहायक को मनरेगा योजना से प्रतिमाह रू.
3200/-(रू.तीन हजार दो सो मात्र) पारिश्रमिक दिया जावेगा। अभ्यर्थी की
उम्र नियुक्ति किये जाने वाले केलेण्डर वर्ष के एक जनवरी को न्यूनतम उम्र
18 वर्ष व अधिकतम उम्र 35 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई है। आरक्षण का कोई
प्रावधान नही है। म.प्र. हायर सेकेण्डरी परीक्षा(10+2) उत्तीर्ण या
केन्द्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा मण्डल की हायर सेकेण्डरी (10+2) या म.प्र.शासन
/केन्द्र शासन से मान्यता प्राप्त परीक्षा (10+2) उत्तीर्ण या मान्य
प्राप्त बोर्ड जैसे - संस्कृत बोर्ड से हायर सेकेण्डरी परीक्षा (10+2)
उत्तीर्ण या समकक्ष शेक्षणिक योग्यता अनिवार्य होगी। अभ्यर्थी ग्राम
पंचायत का स्थानीय निवासी हेतु आवेदक का नाम उस ग्राम पंचायत की भारत
निर्वाचन की मतदाता सूची में पंजीबद्व होना अनिवार्य एवं पर्याप्त हैं।
अभ्यर्थी सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के ज्ञाप दिनांक 12.6.2009 में
उल्लेखित संस्थाओं में किसी एक संस्था से कम्प्युटर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण
होना चाहिये। राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गांरटी योजना के संविदा पर पर
न्यूनतम एक वित्तिय वर्ष का अनुभव अथवा सीआईडीसी से मेट प्रशिक्षण
प्राप्त अभ्यर्थी, आईटीआई द्वारा ग्रामीण इंजिनियर योजना में 110 कार्य
दिवस का मेसन/प्लबर यूजीसी से मान्य प्राप्त संस्थाओं से बी.काम.
उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी की अतिरिक्त अहर्ता होने पर प्रत्येक के लिए निर्धारित
पूर्णांक में से अंक प्रदान किये जावेगे। निर्धारित योग्यता रखने वाले
अभ्यर्थी समस्त प्रमाणों की स्वप्रमाणित प्रतिलिपी के साथ आवेदन पत्र
स्वप्रमाणित फोटो लगाकर संबंधित जनपद पंचायत में दिनांक 18 जून 2012 से
प्रस्तुत कर सकेगे। आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथी 10 जुलाई 2012
निर्धारित हैं। उक्त प्रक्रिया के संपादन हेतु सर्वसंबंधितों को निर्देश
जारी कर दिये गये है।

द्वारा पूर्ण कर ली जावेगी तथा 25 जुलाई तक विवरण जनपद पंचायत में
प्रस्तुत कर दी जावेगी। जनपद पंचायत द्वारा दावे/आपत्ति के निराकरण का
विवरण तैयार कर दिनांक 25 जुलाई तक जिला पंचायत में प्रस्तुत किया
जावेगा। जिला पंचायत द्वारा जिला स्तरीय गठित समिति के समक्ष समस्त
आवेदन, दावे आपत्ति प्रस्तुत कर दिनांक 27 जुलाई तक निराकरण कराया जावेगा
तथा समिति द्वारा पारित निर्णय अनुसार चयनित अभ्यर्थी की सूची संबंधित
ग्राम पंचायत को उपलब्ध करा दी जावेगी। संबंधित चयनित अभ्यर्थी से ग्राम
पंचायत द्वारा 10 अगस्त 2012 तक संविदा अनुबन्ध निष्पादन कराया जाने की
कार्यवाही पूर्ण की जावेगी।
प्रत्येक नियुक्त ग्राम रोजगार सहायक को मनरेगा योजना से प्रतिमाह रू.
3200/-(रू.तीन हजार दो सो मात्र) पारिश्रमिक दिया जावेगा। अभ्यर्थी की
उम्र नियुक्ति किये जाने वाले केलेण्डर वर्ष के एक जनवरी को न्यूनतम उम्र
18 वर्ष व अधिकतम उम्र 35 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई है। आरक्षण का कोई
प्रावधान नही है। म.प्र. हायर सेकेण्डरी परीक्षा(10+2) उत्तीर्ण या
केन्द्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा मण्डल की हायर सेकेण्डरी (10+2) या म.प्र.शासन
/केन्द्र शासन से मान्यता प्राप्त परीक्षा (10+2) उत्तीर्ण या मान्य
प्राप्त बोर्ड जैसे - संस्कृत बोर्ड से हायर सेकेण्डरी परीक्षा (10+2)

रोजगार समाचार देखो ऑनलाइन
नयी दिल्ली : केंद्रीय सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय द्वारा प्रकाशित होने वाला साप्ताहिक रोजगार समाचार जल्द ही ई-पेपर रुप में आयेगा. इस पर बिल्कुल नया लोगो होगा और यह एसएमएस रुप में भी मिलेगा. मंत्रालय का प्रकाशन विभाग १५ अगस्त तक ई-पेपर तैयार करने पर काम कर रहा है, इसी दिन इसे लॉन्च किया जाना है. एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि ई-पेपर समाचार पत्र की तरह होगा और इसे पासवर्ड से देखा जा सकेगा. अधिकारी ने कहा कि उपभोक्ता को मोबाइल पर एसएमएस रुप में भी समाचार मिलेगा. ई-रोजगार समाचार परियोजना का निर्माण १२वीं पंचवर्षीय योजना (२०१२-१७) के तहत किया गया है. एक बयान के मुताबिक अन्य पहल के तौर पर प्रकाशन विभाग इन्फिबीम और फ्लिपकार्ट जैसे ऑनलाइन बुक स्टोर से बात कर रहा है, ताकि विभाग के विशाल पुस्तक भंडार का विपणन बढाया जा सके. विभाग अपनी पुस्तकों का डिजिटीकरण भी करेगा. विभाग की एक अन्य मासिक पत्रिका योजना (सामाजार्थिक पत्रिका) भी ई-रुप में आयेगा.

इस पर बिल्कुल नया लोगो होगा और यह रोजगार समाचार एसएमएस रूप में भी मिलेगा. मंत्रालय का प्रकाशन विभाग 15 अगस्त तक ई-पेपर तैयार करने पर काम कर रहा है, इसी दिन इसे लांच किया जाना है.
एक अधिकारी ने मंगलवार को कहा कि ई-पेपर समाचार पत्र की तरह होगा और इसे पासवर्ड से देखा जा सकेगा.
अधिकारी ने कहा कि उपभोक्ता को मोबाइल पर एसएमएस रूप में भी रोजगार समाचार मिलेगा.
ई-पेपर समाचार पत्र की तरह, पासवर्ड की होगी जरूरत
ई-रोजगार समाचार परियोजना का निर्माण 12वीं पंचवर्षीय योजना (2012-17) के तहत किया गया है.
एक बयान के मुताबिक अन्य पहल के तौर पर प्रकाशन विभाग इन्फिबीम और फ्लिपकार्ट जैसे ऑनलाइन बुक स्टोर से बात कर रहा है ताकि विभाग के विशाल पुस्तक भंडार का विपणन बढ़ाया जा सके.
विभाग अपनी पुस्तकों का डिजिटीकरण भी करेगा. विभाग की एक अन्य मासिक पत्रिका योजना (सामाजार्थिक पत्रिका) भी ई-रूप में रोजगार समाचार आएगा.
